What I do
Aspiring writers – I will analyse your work and give you guidance in key areas, such as writing style, content and plot-line, characterisation, overall presentation, and flow.
I will give you specific advice on how to improve your writing.
I will provide general advice on how to submit your manuscript to publishers and agents – someone like me will be reading your submission.
Above all, I will give you an honest assessment of your chances of publication.
What I don’t do
Recommend vanity publishers (who ask for payment to publish your work).
Encourage lengthy and expensive editorial consultations beyond what is useful for the work or for you, the author.
Let you incur any hidden or unnecessary costs.
